This show is a peek inside the creative work space shared by five young Richmond artists. Though their work varies widely, from traditional oil paintings, to contemporary video installation, the common thread shared by these artists is the downtown studio they share. Studio Friends is a celebration of the creative endeavors of Nick Fagan, Alicia Little, Emma Scarvey, Amy Smith, and Devon Raines who have all spent time and energy working in this space, and creating the type of environment where good work gets made.
