RATE INCLUDES

• Three nights hotel accommodations at The Porches Inn at MASS MoCA, including Continental Breakfast daily and a Welcome Reception

• Luxury private transportation round trip from Albany International Airport, to all escorted museum and studio visits, and to dinner at The Dream Away Lodge

• Entrance fees for all museum and studio tours & talks

• A curated menu of optional local activities 

• Taxes, service and gratuities to local guides & drivers

NOT INCLUDED IN RATE:  

Airfare to/from Albany International Airport; transportation to/from The Porches Inn outside of the specified departure times of 3 pm on Thursday, October 18 and 10 am on Sunday, October 21; all meals not specified, i.e., lunches, dinners, alcoholic beverages & restaurant gratuities; local transportation for optional personal activities outside of the program; other personal items and expenses; trip insurance; any other items not specifically mentioned as included.

The final program rate may vary slightly depending on room category available as the program fills.

A NOTE ABOUT ACCOMMODATIONS:

This trip will include a LIMITED number of single occupancy rooms. If you are interested in this option, consider registering early! If you are a solo traveler, you can, of course, request the roommate of your choice. And if you do not have an adventuring companion and are comfortable sharing a room with another traveler in the group of the same gender, we would be happy to pair you with someone.

A NOTE ABOUT AIR TRAVEL:

Guests are responsible for their own air or other transportation to/from Albany where a private luxury vehicle will make the roundtrip 46 mile journey to North Adams, MA.  Airlines with regular service to Albany include American, United, and Delta.

• Guests should arrive at Albany airport no later than 2:30 pm on October 18.  
• On October 21, the group will depart from the hotel at 10 am, arriving at the Albany airport at approximately 11 am.
• Please make your travel plans accordingly. Flourish Travel is happy to assist guests with airline bookings as well as extensions of their stay at the Porches Inn or elsewhere in the Berkshires area.
