Day 1
The trip begins at the Albany, New York, airport, where a private luxury van meets you and conveys you to The Porches Inn, a boutique inn housed in 19th century Victorian row homes. At The Porches, retro-industrial architecture mingles with modern comforts. You begin your stay with welcome cocktails and dinner in this charming place.
Day 2
Your first full day begins with a private, curator-led tour of MASS MoCA, the world-renowned anchor of the Berkshires’ rich creative culture. Following the tour, you will eat lunch at the museum and have time to explore North Adams with an array of optional activities in the afternoon, like visiting local galleries or hiking to MASS MoCA’s offsite sound installation in a nearby state park.
